10. Termination

If you violate any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the services without prior notice and may pursue legal remedies against you.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court located in the county of the Company's address for litigation.
